SUE RACANELLI, CHAIR, league@lwvofvt.org

Sue has been a member of the League of Women Voters of Vermont for a decade and is committed to voting rights and elections. As former President from 2019 to 2025, she firmly believes there is no better organization than the League for voters to receive reliable, accurate, nonpartisan information.

Prior to moving to the brave little state of Vermont, Sue’s career centered on the non-profit sector. She was manager of The San Diego Foundation’s Nonprofit Resource Center, providing non-profits with critical information and support on incorporation, governance, fundraising, and sustainability. At The Arc of San Diego as Director of Public Relations, she was responsible for internal and external communications and membership.

Sue enjoys research, reading, the company of her dog, and entertainment from her flock of hens!
