Marguerite Adelman, LWVVT Board of Directors. Chair of LWVVT Non-citizen Voting Committee, will present an educational program about the two cities, Winooski and Montpelier, that allow non-citizen voting, historical facts regarding non-citizen voting, what is happening in other states and nationally with non-citizen voting, and arguments for and against non-citizen voting.

Co-sponsors: League of Women Voters of Vermont, Chittenden Asylum Seekers Assistance Network, Immigration Justice Team of the First Unitarian Universalist Society of Burlington, Fletcher Free Library, and Town Meeting TV.
