The League of Women Voters will host an in-person Candidate Forum for six Washington County candidates vying for three open seats in the Senate: Incumbent Montpelier residents, Democrats Ann Cummings and Anne Watson and Andrew Perchlik (incumbent, Marshfield), as well as Republicans Michael Doyle (Montpelier), Michael Deering II (Barre City), and Donald Koch (Barre).
The League of Women Voters regularly sponsors candidate forums or debates as part of its mission of encouraging informed and active participation in government. Questions can be sent to league@lwvofvt.org.
