Meet the candidates running for Lieutenant Governor in the November 5 General Election and hear what they have to say on issues that matter to you – Ian Diamondstone (Green Mountain Peace and Justice),  John Rodgers (Republican), and David Zuckerman (Democratic). Tom McKone, former Executive Director of Kellogg-Hubbard Library, will serve as moderator.

Lieutenant Governor is the second ranking officer of the executive branch with three primary

responsibilities: presiding over the Senate casting tie-breaking votes when required, determining committee assignments for senators, and acting as governor when the governor is out of state, incapacitated, and acceding to the governorship in case of a vacancy.
