Meet and listen to the candidates vying for the Northeast Kingdom’s single-member Caledonia district — five-term state representative, Scott Beck, R-St. Johnsbury and Amanda Cochrane (D), executive director of Umbrella, the leading domestic violence advocacy organization in the Northeast Kingdom.
