DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \nSHOUT OUT FOR VOLUNTEERS! \n  \nWhen: Sunday September 18\, 2022 \nEvent: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM \nLocation: Pride Festival Waterfront Park\, Burlington \n\nIt’s the Pride Festival on Sunday\, September 18\, and LWVVT is looking for members to help register voters. We will have a Registration Booth at Waterfront Park in Burlington from 1- 5 pm. We hope to have two shifts\, 1-3 pm and 3-5 pm. You can volunteer for one or both shifts. Bring yourself\, bring a friend. Training and materials will be provided. Please get in touch with Sue Racanelli\, lwvofvt@gmail.com. \nDid You Know that one in five LGBTQ voters were not registered?\nYou can help change this. Volunteer at the LWVVT registration booth at the Pride Festival. \n  \n\nThe League of Women Voters\, a nonpartisan political organization\, encourages informed and active participation in government\, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues\, and influences public policy through education and advocacy. Membership in the League is open to men and women of all ages.
