Free. \nRSVP at bit.ly/VotingRightsLecture \nThe League of Women Voters of Vermont\, in partnership with Kellogg-Hubbard Library\, presents the 2025-26 Hertz/Rader Lecture Series\, Voting Rights and Access to the Ballot.  \nProfessor Alec Ewald\, Political Science\, UVM\, will discuss the History & Impact of the Voting Rights Act (VRA) of 1965. Additionally\, he will review Louisiana v.
