DESCRIPTION:June 7 @ 10:00 am – 3:00 pm EST | Vermont History Museum\, Snelling Room\, 109 State Street\, Montpelier \nEvery two years\, LWVVT holds its state convention where member delegates vote on official League business such as the 2025-27 budget\, program\, election of LWVVT Board of Directors and Nominating Committee\, and submitted bylaws amendments. \nFor 2025-2027\, the recommended program is Campaign for Making Democracy Work\, which includes voting rights protection\, improving elections money in politics\, redistricting\, and direct election of the President by popular vote. \nDelegates will also engage with fellow League members and hear from League leaders and our keynote speaker. \nLunch is included with registration. $40 or Pay What You Can.
